Shipping and Returns
Terms of Service:
By placing an order through our site you warrant that:
· You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
· You are at least 18 yrs old
Catherine Quin accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via our secure shopping cart.
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. However, we must enforce a strict return policy.
· If the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition with tags still attached, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the signed received date for store credit ONLY.
· We currently do not process refunds and cannot refund any shipping or handling fees that are related to your purchase or return.
· Please contact info@catherinequin to request a return form and include it in the package.
· Please carefully package the item(s) preferably in their original packing materials and mail it via USPS with delivery confirmation (or another comparable service with tracking).
· Once your item is received, your return will be processed within 10 business days and you will hear from us via email then.
*Please note we are not liable for lost returns. Please be sure to add insurance and tracking to your package.
If you plan to make an exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com so we can send you the return address and place a hold on the item, if needed.
· Catherine Quin offers free domestic and international shipping from Los Angeles, CA via DHL or UPS.
· Please note that all pieces are made to order and therefore delivery date may take up to 1 week from payment receipt date. We endeavor to get your items to you as quickly as possible but please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and time is not of the essence.
· Catherine Quin is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit.
· Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
· Please note we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
· We currently ship International orders via UPS or DHL. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs may hold packages, which is out of our hands.
· Once an order is given to a carrier the item becomes that carrier’s responsibility and Catherine Quin is no longer liable.
· Catherine Quin is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the U.S.
· Store credit can only be used online at our website, www.catherinequin.com
· Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
· Store credit cannot be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
· Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance.
· Credit is provided in U.S. dollars.
· Use of store credit constitutes your agreement to all of our terms.
